The contestants have been judged for several weeks on their participation in a variety of community events and activities. They also receive points for the number of raffle tickets that they sell.

On July 15th at 7:00pm, their final activity will be the Skill-A-Thon, where they will be expected to answer questions about the community. Following the tallying of points, the 2009 Homecoming King or Queen will be crowned.

Tickets are available from the contestants, their sponsoring organization, and local businesses.

Prizes to be drawn on July 15, 2009 prior to the crowning of the 2009 Homecoming King or Queen.
